    Article 8 (Approval of application for use)

    Article 9 (Changes to Contract Matters)
    ① Members can view and modify their personal information at any time through personal information management.
    ② Members must correct the information online if the information entered at the time of application for use is changed, and the member is responsible for any problems arising from non-change of member information.

    Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties

    Article 10 (Obligations of the company)
    ① Unless there are special circumstances, the company allows the member to use the service on the day of application.
    ② The company will make continuous efforts to provide continuous and stable services as stipulated in these terms and conditions, and in the event of a failure or loss of equipment, it must be repaired and restored without delay.     ⑤ The company strives to provide convenience to users in terms of procedures and contents related to contracts with users, such as the conclusion of contracts for use, changes and termination of contracts, etc.

    Article 11 (Obligations of Members)
    ① Members must comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and matters notified or notified by the company, such as service use guides or precautions, and must not engage in any other act that interferes with the company's business.
    ② The member is responsible for all management of the member's ID and password. Members are responsible for all consequences arising from negligent management and illegal use of IDs and passwords assigned to members.
    ③ If a member discovers that his/her ID or password has been used illegally, he or she must immediately report it to the company, and the member is responsible for any consequences resulting from not reporting it.
    ④ Members must comply with the restrictions on use posted by the company in the service notice or notified separately for each content.
    ⑤ Members cannot conduct sales activities using the service without prior consent from the company, and the company is not responsible for the results of those sales activities and the results of sales activities that violate the terms and conditions of the members. If a member suffers damages to the company due to such business activities, the member shall be liable for damages to the company.
    ⑥ Members cannot transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status under the use contract to another person without the express consent of the company, and cannot provide it as collateral.

    4. Transmitting, posting, e-mailing or distributing vulgar or obscene information, sentences, figures, etc. that violate public order and morals to others
    5. Transmitting, posting, e-mailing or otherwise distributing content that is offensive or threatening and may invade the privacy of others
    6. Hacking, distributing viruses, or continuously transmitting certain contents such as advertising information against the will of others

    Article 14 (Provision of Information)

    Article 15 (Charges and paid information, etc.)
    ① The services provided by the company are basically free. However, for separately paid information provided by the company and affiliates, you must pay the fee specified in the information to use it.
    ② Cancellation and refund of paid members
    If the company cannot continue the service due to unavoidable circumstances, the remaining usage fee must be refunded to the account designated by the user.

    Article 16 (Member's Posts)
    The company may delete the contents of the service posted or registered by the member without prior notice if it is judged to fall under any of the following subparagraphs.
    1. In the case of content that slanders other members or third parties or damages the reputation through slander
    2. If the content violates public order and morals
    3. If the content is recognized as being related to criminal activity
    4. In case of content that infringes other rights, such as the copyright of the company or the copyright of a third party
    5. In case the posting period specified by the company is exceeded

    Article 17 (Copyright of Posts)

    Article 25 (Competent Court)
    If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company's headquarters shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.
