Listener Advisory Council

What is The Listener Advisory Council? It represents the rights and interests of listeners and also monitors broadcasts.
The Duties of the Listener Advisory Council
(under Article 88 of the Broadcasting Law)

The rights and duties of the listener advisory council are as follows:

- Contributing to the organization of broadcasts or requesting for corrections

- Reviewing the regulation of broadcasters’ & contributing to the contents of broadcasting programs or requesting for correction

- Designation of listener evaluators

- Protecting the rights and interests of listeners & works involving violation and recovery

- Representative of the listener advisory council is able to attend council meetings and make comments.
